I am not shocked by this news. a couple days before his ECHO 4-30-2012, I told his daddy what do you want to bet, that his PH, is gone.. Cody just loves to shock everyone.. even though he is only 4 years old and has no idea what we are talking about.. I added a video i made a year ago and in the 3 years that the video covers, its just amazing what he has over come in his 3 years… Dakota turned 4 on 12-2-2012.. our last goal is the Gtube (mickey button) and also hoping he never has to have his CDH patch redone..

Cody has SPD. (Sensory Processing Disorder)
He does not sit still, he is always on the go.. None stop moving, this also is his hands moving like crazy (flapping) some times walking on his tippy toes..

Touching shaving cream, play dough, is still being worked on

TALKING: the list of words he has said is close to 12 or 13 words. This is the one thing that drives me crazy about this entire sensory thing.. There are days he’ll say words, sounds and talk.. Then the next day nothing…… We use to do basic sign, he stopped using that as well.. So I just keep working on the sounds..

He has come far with the medical part of his life.. Trach, vent, Pulmonary Hypertention about gone, mic-key button not being used for 6 months to see how he does.. maybe plans for it to come out in the next year, and beating CDH!

so the SPD list above is nothing… He’ll beat that too. Cody is such a amazing 4 year old & WE are so LUCKY to have him in our lives..
